TINA RATH

Tina Rath studied under Sharon Church and Rod McCormick at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and then later had the opportunity of working with many amazing artists including Hans Stofer and Lucy Sarneel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where she received her MFA from the Sandberg Instituut.  Currently living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rath’s work is included in many private international collections and has been published in numerous magazines and books.  Her work has been included in exhibitions at the Steadlijk Museum, Amsterdam and the Portland Museum of Art in Portland, Maine.  Rath’s work is included in the permanent collections of the Museum of Art and Design in NYC and the Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC.  She has received grants from the Maine Arts Commission in 2006 and 2008 in support of her work.
